The treasury
runs itself

An agent sweeps ETH into a USDC reserve on a policy-clamped cadence, then mints or burns rUSD so supply always equals the reserve — a 1:1 peg held by arithmetic, printed to a public ledger in real time. The AI holds no keys. The rules hold the AI.

The live ledger

Every number updates in real time over a websocket. The agent's sweep, fee and peg math runs continuously against the live Pyth ETH price.

02

Seven steps. Zero discretion.

The tick — keystone lineage, ported to Robinhood Chain. Same policy math, same cadence logic, same receipts.

01 /

Read

Collector ETH, treasury USDC, rUSD supply — straight from chain RPC. eth_getBalance, no indexer trust.

02 /

Propose (AI)

An LLM suggests a sweep %. It holds no keys. It signs nothing. It is a suggestion box with a good vocabulary.

03 /

Enforce

Clamped to the mandate: 1% – 2.9%, chunk limits, gas buffer. Out-of-mandate proposals are rejected on the tape, publicly.

04 /

Swap

ETH → USDC on-chain. The reserve is a stable unit — the treasury doesn't ride the market it's backing against.

05 /

Split

A disclosed 1% protocol fee is separated. 99% settles to the treasury. Both legs are in the receipt.

06 /

Peg

The keystone leg: drift = reserve − supply. Positive mints rUSD, negative burns it. 1 rUSD, 1 USDC. Always.

07 /

Receipt

Every action lands on an append-only ledger. If it isn't on the tape, it didn't happen.

∞ /

Repeat

Every 14–24 seconds. Faster after inflow spikes. The machine does not sleep, tweet, or panic.

03

The mandate

§ 01

AI proposes.
Rules decide.

The model can suggest any number it likes — the policy clamp is deterministic code. Every rejected proposal is printed on the receipt, so you can watch the machine get overruled in real time.

§ 02

Supply follows
the reserve.

rUSD is only ever minted against USDC already in the treasury, and burned when the reserve dips. The peg isn't defended by incentives — it's closed by arithmetic, every tick.

§ 03

Receipts,
not narratives.

Every sweep, fee, mint and burn is a line item with the price, the percentages and the amounts. Verify any row yourself — it's four numbers and a division.

The phases

PHASE I

Foundation

Live ledger, policy engine, cadence, receipts, disclosed simulation of the agent loop on real Pyth prices.

● LIVE
PHASE II

The real agent

Funded collector on Robinhood Chain, real ETH→USDC sweeps, on-chain receipts with tx hashes overlaying this ledger.

◐ NEXT
PHASE III

The flywheel

Reserve yield, then buyback & burn $RSRV — protocol fees feed the flywheel. Every leg a receipt.

○ PLANNED
PHASE IV

Immutable

User deposits only after audit. Until then the agent manages only its own treasury. That is a feature.
